The Indian Ridge is a very sought-after neighborhood that was primarily built in the 1980’s, but does have some newer homes and townhomes built closer to 2000. Located very close to I-294, accessibility to the outlying areas is quick and easy. Many of the homes have seen updates, while some are ready for you to customize your renovations to your tastes. Indian Ridge is served by the West Northfield School District 31 and Northfield Tsp Hsd 225 School District. The schools that the children in this neighborhood attend are extremely well rated by Greatschools.org. Glenbrook South High School is rated 10/10 for College Readiness, with a 96% graduation rate and students receiving above average SAT scores.

With many traditional and craftsman style homes, there are a variety of styles to different construction tastes. The townhomes are located on the north end of the development, while the homes further south are well established with mature landscaping.
